The Cedar City Fall Arts Festival, that takes place
every year in conjunction with the opening of the fall
season of the Utah Shakespearean Festival (www.bard.org), features selected local and regional artists in all types
of visual art --painting, sculpture, photography, jewelry,
and others. Live musical performances and food booths
round out the festivities. The Cedar City Arts Council
is excited about this year's event, as there is a growing
awareness and popularity of the Art Festival as an opportunity
for the public to meet quality artists and discover a
diversity of art forms. Coming up on its seventh year, the Art Festival
has become a highlight of the opening day of the Shakespearean
Festival Fall season. The Festival will take September 26-27.
